It all starts with natural raw materials grown in the southern regions of Ukraine. The 100% of "LAKOMKA" variety is a special confectionery seed that was bred by Soviet Union technologists specifically for use in the confectionery industry: it peels well, has excellent taste and large kernels; and the higher glucose content provides a deeper taste.

ALL the raw materials go through an obligatory selection on a 12-three-point scale of criteria before they are roasted. As a result, you get perfect seeds in every package. We also use only selected peanuts - the largest whole kernels of 38-42 mm caliber for you.

And the intelligent SORTEX system allows the raw material to be cleaned by blasting away empty seeds and trash with compressed air.

Production method: produced from raw milk curdling enzyme with lactic acid bacteria, with subsequent chederization and special thermomechanical treatment.

Small fractions without the crust (size 4x4 mm), no foreign objects and admixtures, dry, no moisture, no hard lumps. Color: from white to yellow, uniform throughout the mass.

The taste is mildly cottage cheese, sour milk, without additional flavors and odors, typical of a particular cheese. Allowed: slightly sour, spicy, tangy, ammonia, salty taste with a slight bitterness.

Grapes: Muskat Ottonel

Production technologies: modern technology CHARMAT LUNGO with additional aging of at least 6 months in modern acratophores on a fine yeast sediment (method sur lie).

The Charmat Lungo technology, like the classic method of champagnization in the bottle, involves natural secondary fermentation, the role of the bottle is played by closed containers - acrotophores of the new generation, allowing to create elegant sparkling wines with light aging.
