From a limited collection of high-quality varietal aged quiet wines. Created from our own grapes from the best micro plots of the SHABO terroir (Ukraine).
SHABO is a distinctive terroir of Europe, 1200 hectares of vineyards located on the famous "grape latitude", divided into mini and micro plots with highly valuable soils. Mild oceanic climate of southern Ukraine, a favorable location between the Black Sea and the Dnister liman, unique sandy soils with limestone and clean steppe air create ideal conditions for growing grapes and creating high-quality SHABO wines.
Wines from the Grande Reserve collection by their style belong to the group of aged terroir wines, for the creation of which a special approach to viticulture and winemaking is applied. No more than 2,000 to 5,000 bottles of each item are produced per season, each bottle has its own unique number.
Grande Reserve wines have great bottle ageing potential, recommended for collecting and stocking the enoteca.

Wine-crusted Camembert is made for festive occasions. During ripening, the cheese is washed several times in red wine, which results in its unique, distinctive flavor and color.
Ligold
The fruits are large, one-dimensional, round-tapered, with a ribbed top, greenish-yellow and with intense red-carmine blurred blush almost throughout the whole surface. The skin is medium-thick, dense, smooth, and shiny. Pulp is creamy, dense, fine-grained, fleshy, odorant, of excellent sour-sweet taste.

ALTIN CHEESE GOLD
AltinCheese is capable of surprising and charming any demanding gourmet. It is a very difficult type of cheese to make, it has a rich and deep taste. During 4-5 weeks of ripening, AltinCheese is washed with a special ripened bacterial solution, which results in the formation of a tough orange crust with almost no mold on the raw. The cheese has an unparalleled savory flavor and delicate texture.
The consistency of ripe cheese is flashy and very soft that spreads on the plate, it has almost a strong characteristic flavor. The aftertaste is particularly pleasant, in the mouth remains a slight sweetness with a nutty hint, as well as an irresistible desire to eat another piece.

CAMEMBERT WITH ASHES
Camembert with ashes will embellish any ordinary meal, turning it into a beautiful, unconventional gastronomic adventure. During the ripening of this special Camembert from Pastourelle, our cheesemakers several times breading the cheese in the ashes of fruit trees, which gives it a special softness, texture and unusually fragile flavor of a warm evening.

Stout Vanilla
Vanilla version of the firm MOVA Stout. Dense and rich variety. A flavorful aroma with vivid notes of vanilla and cocoa beans. Chocolate-coffee sweetness in taste flutters in a light, burned-dry bitterness in the aftertaste.
