International experts of SARL Derenoncourt (France) control all stages of production.

Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon.

Production technologies: classical and innovative production technologies. Fermentation and storage of wine in modern stainless-steel tanks with constant temperature control.

Color: dark ruby.

Alcohol content: 10,0-14,0%.

Serving Temperature: + 16 ˚C - + 18 ˚C.

Aroma: Primary aroma is fruity and berry, cherry, blackcurrant. Secondary aromas - plum, black pepper. Predominant aroma notes - cherry and blackcurrant.

Taste: Long, lingering, rounded, full bodied, with delicate tannins.

Food pairing: Seafood lobster, seafood oyster, fish, cheeses, fresh fruit, poultry dishes.

Stout Vanilla

Vanilla version of the firm MOVA Stout. Dense and rich variety. A flavorful aroma with vivid notes of vanilla and cocoa beans. Chocolate-coffee sweetness in taste flutters in a light, burned-dry bitterness in the aftertaste.

ALTIN CHEESE GOLD

AltinCheese is capable of surprising and charming any demanding gourmet. It is a very difficult type of cheese to make, it has a rich and deep taste. During 4-5 weeks of ripening, AltinCheese is washed with a special ripened bacterial solution, which results in the formation of a tough orange crust with almost no mold on the raw. The cheese has an unparalleled savory flavor and delicate texture.

The Grande Reserve Collection wines are stylistically classified as ageing terroir wines, for which a special approach to viticulture and winemaking is taken. No more than 2,000-5,000 bottles of each appellation are produced per season, every bottle has its own unique number. Grande Reserve wines have a great bottle ageing potential and are recommended for collecting and laying in the Enoteca.

International experts of SARL Derenoncourt (France) control all stages of production.
