Transparent liquid with a yellowish tint, which is made by infusion of birch sap (Betula pendula) and fresh lemons (Citrus × Limon). It has a characteristic taste and smell of lemon infusion, has a refreshing taste, and a pleasant lemonade aftertaste. Used as a general tonic, and as metabolic stimulant in the body. Hydrocarbonate sodiun boric natural table-curative mineral water “РOLYANA KVASOVA

“Polyana Kvasova" is one of the most famous and exceptional natural mineral water springs of Ukraine, originating from the depths of the Carpathian Mountain range. Regarding its chemical composition, the water is classified as hydrocarbonate sodium boric mineral water with mineralization level of 6.5-12.0 g/l. Mineral water is bottled directly at the place of extraction, which makes it possible to preserve the whole range of valuable mineral elements for the consumer. The bouquet of minerals, comprising potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium includes also orthoboric acid.

Fruit-water

Fruit water is a refreshing drink, made from berry or fruit juice of direct pressure and water with the addition of sugar syrup. A distinctive feature of fruit water is the content of tannins and astringents, which give the drink a unique taste and a long aftertaste.
Cranberry fruit water is the top line of drinks of TM YARMOLYNTSI.
It is made exclusively from forest wild berries. Cranberries from the forests of Polissya are harvested and cleaned by hand. This is the most nutritionally valuable berry of all, that grows in Ukraine.
The peculiarity of cranberry is that it contains the most active antioxidants, that resist inflammatory processes in the human body, including the strongest inhibition of the growth of cancer cells.

A sweetish liquid with a slight red tint. It is made by infusion of birch sap (Betula pendula) and rose hips (Rosa canina). Has a pleasant characteristic taste and aftertaste of rosehip infusion (honey flavor). Rosehip infusion has diuretic, styptic, and astringent action. Rose hips reduce blood cholesterol levels, slow the deposition of atherosclerotic plaques in blood vessels. A clear, low-calorie, sweetish liquid that is extracted from birch (Betula pendula) during the spring sap movement, flowing out of holes formed in the trunk by root pressure. Contains glucose, fructose, and minerals (including K, Ca, Fe). It is used as a therapeutic and prophylactic measure. It is widely used for some lung diseases, bronchitis, as a v-strengthening agent. Grapes: Muskat Ottonel

Production technologies: modern technology CHARMAT LUNGO with additional aging of at least 6 months in modern acratophores on a fine yeast sediment (method sur lie).

The Charmat Lungo technology, like the classic method of champagnization in the bottle, involves natural secondary fermentation, the role of the bottle is played by closed containers - acrotophores of the new generation, allowing to create elegant sparkling wines with light aging.

Alcohol content: 10.5-13.5 %

Aroma: subtle with dominant nutmeg tones and light floral notes of tea rose. The secondary aroma is mineral, creamy with citrus notes.
