Since 2017, we have been producing cider, perry, fruit and berry wines, and mead, the hallmark of which is a moderate level of alcohol and a pleasant acid balance. The main focus for us is the taste of the product, and its naturalness, so we use only cultivated and wild fruits, berries, and flowers during the harvest season.
