COMPANY SHABO
SHABO Winery is a family business of the Iukuridze family, combining a powerful production complex with modern European equipment and almost two thousand years of winemaking traditions.
SHABO was founded in 2003 on the basis of the oldest winery in Ukraine in the village of Shabo. The company has a unique terroir and 1200 hectares of vineyards, which are located in close proximity to the production. SHABO produces quiet, sparkling wines and brandy. One of the company's special prides is the autochthonous Telti-Kuruk grape variety. It was used to create the first Ukrainian wine with a controlled appellation of origin (PDO/AOC).

Aroma: Primary aroma is fruity and berry, cherry, blackcurrant. Secondary aromas - plum, black pepper. Predominant aroma notes - cherry and blackcurrant.
Taste: Long, lingering, rounded, full bodied, with delicate tannins.

SHABO Reserve Telti-Kuruk created from the unique autochthonous variety Telti-Kuruk, which means "fox tail" in Ottoman. The first vines of this variety were planted back in the 16th century, when the territory of today's SHABO belonged to the Turks. The microclimate and soil structure of the SHABO terroir help to unlock its full potential.

The Grande Reserve Collection wines are stylistically classified as ageing terroir wines, for which a special approach to viticulture and winemaking is taken. No more than 2,000-5,000 bottles of each appellation are produced per season, every bottle has its own unique number. Grande Reserve wines have a great bottle ageing potential and are recommended for collecting and laying in the Enoteca.

Production technologies: triple sorting at berry level, classical and modern technologies of micro winemaking. Fermentation on the mash in special temperature-controlled oak vats Taransaud.

Additional ageing in bottles: great bottle ageing potential of at least 15 years.
Color: deep ruby red.

Grape Vodka Sauvignon Blanc
A strong alcoholic beverage made from elite Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the best micro zones of the SHABO terroir. The use of Sauvignon Blanc grapes as the base of the vodka makes it unique and gives it a pleasant grape aroma with a slight floral hint. Each bottle contains 4.5 kg of Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the SHABO terroir.
Ingredients: young domestic brandy spirit produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, grape spirit distillate, softened water, not spirited sugar syrup.
Alcohol content: 40.0%.

SHABO MODERN COLLECTION is a new product, which combines the traditions of cognac craftsmanship to the requirements of the modern consumer.
SHABO MODERN COLLECTION has a special recipe, where the taste of success includes:
- stylish and innovative design;
- classical French technology of distillation;
- aging in barriques made of American and French oak of different degrees of roasting;
- unique assemblage with the use of premium vintage spirits;
- long post-distillation rest.
The brandy has a bright, rich bouquet of fruit and spice notes and harmonious oak aging. The taste is pleasant, full, soft.
Content: medium aged cognac spirits at least 7 years, softened water, sugar syrup and sugar color.
Color: golden amber.

Ukrainian Brandy SHABO V.S.
Collection of high-quality Brandy of Ukraine, created from European cognac spirits, matured for at least 3 years. Blends created from our own and imported spirits. High quality of cognac spirits and skill of blending provides Brandy Ukraine with expressive fruit and berry notes with bright tones of plum and biscuit, as well as delicate notes of aging.
Ingredients: cognac spirits at least 3 years of aging, softened water, sugar color, sugar syrup.
Color: golden amber.
Alcohol content: 40.0%.

Aroma: Floral and fruity notes with harmonious oak aging.

Collection of high-quality aged Brandy of Ukraine is created from our own cognac spirits aged for not less than 5 years with the addition of European 8- and 10-year-old spirits to the blend with the following long post-distillation rest.

Grapes: Muskat Ottonel
Production technologies: modern technology CHARMAT LUNGO with additional aging of at least 6 months in modern acratophores on a fine yeast sediment (method sur lie).
The Charmat Lungo technology, like the classic method of champagnization in the bottle, involves natural secondary fermentation, the role of the bottle is played by closed containers - acrotophores of the new generation, allowing to create elegant sparkling wines with light aging.

Aroma: subtle with dominant nutmeg tones and light floral notes of tea rose. The secondary aroma is mineral, creamy with citrus notes.
