Meanwhile, slow cooling on special equipment with blow dryers - preserves the bright flavor and aroma of the roasted seeds. The product is packed in a 3-layer film with a metallized layer and retains the brightest flavor and aroma for as long as possible.

The heart of "Volynski Browar" is a complex of brewing equipment of the Slovak plant "Blonder Beer" and fermentation tanks CCT, where beer ferments and matures for twenty to thirty days. It is worth noting that the brewery has its own equipment for pouring beer into glass bottles and keg barrels. Striving for perfection in the creation of our beer, we use the best raw materials. In the range we have 20 types of beer of different varieties and styles.

This is where the real vintage cognacs of Ukraine are born - produced at the enterprise with a full cycle of cognac production, starting with the cultivation of our own grapes, wine material, its smoking in cognac alcohol, followed by aging in oak barrels for over 6 years and bottling.

Pastourelle is the first and only Ukrainian producer of soft cheeses in white noble mold made according to the classic French tradition enhanced by modern technologies of safety and environmental friendliness.
