SHABO Classic Sparkling Brut White wine
From a collection of natural aged sparkling wines, classic technology of champagnization in Methode Champenoise bottle. Created in the "Shabo House of Sparkling Wines" from its own grapes of the Shabo terroir (Ukraine).
SHABO is a distinctive terroir of Europe, 1200 hectares of vineyards located on the famous "grape latitude", divided into mini and micro plots with highly valuable soils. Mild oceanic climate of southern Ukraine, a favorable location between the Black Sea and the Dnister liman, unique sandy soils with limestone and clean steppe air create ideal conditions for growing grapes and creating high-quality SHABO wines.
Sparkling wines from Classic collection are created according to the Methode Champenoise method with aging in bottles from 9 months to 1.5 years. International experts of SARL Derenoncourt (France) control all stages of production.

Production technology: the classic method of champagnization in bottles, which involves aging the sparkling wine directly in the bottle on a fine yeast sediment from 9 months to 1.5 years.
Color: light straw color.
Alcohol content: 10.5-13.5%

Aroma: Elegant, with tones of white flowers, peach and baking. Secondary aroma is mineral with citrus notes.
Taste: Fresh with distinct acidity, long, rounded and balanced.
